Volume hiring and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)
Hiring many people at once, or handing over part or all of your recruitment process. We work as an extension of your HR team, on your process and your timelines.
Volume hiring needs a different approach from single-role search: a structured funnel, consistent screening and close coordination with your interview panels. With RPO, we take responsibility for an agreed part of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to scheduling, offers and joining.
RPO can be end to end or project-based, such as a new office, a new client programme or a year-end ramp-up.
What is included
- A hiring plan agreed with you: roles, timelines, locations and screening criteria
- Dedicated recruiters working to that plan
- Sourcing campaigns and walk-in or virtual hiring drives where suitable
- Standardised screening so every candidate is assessed the same way
- Interview scheduling, offer roll-out and joining follow-up
- Regular reports on pipeline and progress against the plan
Six clear steps, from brief to joining
The same transparent process for every role, so you always know where a search stands.
- 1
Understand the role
A briefing call on the role, team, culture, must-have skills, budget band, location or work mode and your interview process. We confirm the brief in writing before sourcing starts.
- 2
Search and source
Recruiters who know the domain search job boards, professional networks and referrals, and approach people who are not actively applying.
- 3
Screen
Functional and behavioural screening, plus checks on notice period, location, expectations and genuine interest, so you interview fewer, better-fit candidates.
- 4
Shortlist
You receive a short list of screened profiles with a summary for each. We share a profile only after the candidate has agreed to be considered for your role.
- 5
Interviews and offer
We schedule interviews, collect feedback on both sides and support the offer discussion so it closes cleanly.
- 6
Notice period and joining
Regular contact with the candidate through the notice period to reduce drop-offs, and a check-in after joining.
Questions about volume / rpo hiring
What is the difference between volume hiring and RPO?
Volume hiring is a project to fill a defined set of roles. RPO is broader: we run all or part of your recruitment process for an agreed period, and can include volume hiring within it.
Can you work inside our ATS?
Yes. We can work in your applicant tracking system and follow your approval process, or run the pipeline on ours and share regular reports.
Discuss a volume / rpo requirement
Share the role and a recruiter will get back to you to discuss the brief and next steps.
What helps us start quickly
