Contract staffing & contract-to-hire

Contract staffing and contract-to-hire

Skilled professionals for projects, peaks and fixed-term needs, and contract-to-hire for roles where you want to evaluate someone on the job before making a permanent offer.

Contract staffing gives you capacity without adding to permanent headcount: for a project, a migration, a seasonal peak or cover for leave. Contract-to-hire lets you work with a professional for an agreed period before deciding on a permanent offer.

The engagement structure, payroll arrangement and statutory responsibilities are agreed in writing at the start, in line with Indian labour law and your procurement process.

What is included

  • A brief covering skills, duration, location or remote set-up and start date
  • Sourcing and screening of professionals who are available for contract work
  • Agreed engagement terms covering duration, extension and conversion to permanent
  • A single point of contact for the duration of the engagement
  • A clear process for converting a contractor to a permanent employee
Our hiring process

Six clear steps, from brief to joining

The same transparent process for every role, so you always know where a search stands.

  1. 1

    Understand the role

A briefing call on the role, team, culture, must-have skills, budget band, location or work mode and your interview process. We confirm the brief in writing before sourcing starts.

  2. 2

    Search and source

Recruiters who know the domain search job boards, professional networks and referrals, and approach people who are not actively applying.

  3. 3

    Screen

Functional and behavioural screening, plus checks on notice period, location, expectations and genuine interest, so you interview fewer, better-fit candidates.

  4. 4

    Shortlist

You receive a short list of screened profiles with a summary for each. We share a profile only after the candidate has agreed to be considered for your role.

  5. 5

    Interviews and offer

We schedule interviews, collect feedback on both sides and support the offer discussion so it closes cleanly.

  6. 6

    Notice period and joining

Regular contact with the candidate through the notice period to reduce drop-offs, and a check-in after joining.
