Permanent recruitment for Indian employers
Full-time hiring for the roles your business depends on. We take the time to understand the role, screen properly and stay involved through offer, notice period and joining.
Permanent hiring is the core of what we do. Whether it is one hard-to-fill specialist or several openings across a team, we work from a clear brief, search actively for people who match it and only put forward candidates we have spoken to and screened.
Long notice periods are a fact of hiring in India. We stay in touch with the candidate from offer to joining day, so you hear early if anything changes.
What is included
- A briefing call on the role, team, must-have skills, budget band and interview process
- Active search across job boards, professional networks and referrals, not only applications
- Functional and behavioural screening before any profile reaches you
- Short profiles with the context you need: experience, notice period, current location and expectations
- Interview scheduling and feedback to candidates
- Offer support and regular follow-up through the notice period until joining
- Replacement guarantee: a free replacement if a placed candidate leaves within the agreed guarantee period, under the terms of our agreement
Six clear steps, from brief to joining
The same transparent process for every role, so you always know where a search stands.
- 1
Understand the role
A briefing call on the role, team, culture, must-have skills, budget band, location or work mode and your interview process. We confirm the brief in writing before sourcing starts.
- 2
Search and source
Recruiters who know the domain search job boards, professional networks and referrals, and approach people who are not actively applying.
- 3
Screen
Functional and behavioural screening, plus checks on notice period, location, expectations and genuine interest, so you interview fewer, better-fit candidates.
- 4
Shortlist
You receive a short list of screened profiles with a summary for each. We share a profile only after the candidate has agreed to be considered for your role.
- 5
Interviews and offer
We schedule interviews, collect feedback on both sides and support the offer discussion so it closes cleanly.
- 6
Notice period and joining
Regular contact with the candidate through the notice period to reduce drop-offs, and a check-in after joining.
Questions about permanent hiring
How do you charge for permanent recruitment?
Commercial terms are agreed with each client in a written agreement before the search starts. We do not publish a rate card; tell us about the role and we will discuss terms.
How many profiles will you share?
We would rather share a short list of well-screened candidates than a long list of CVs. The number depends on the role and the market, and we agree it with you at the briefing.
What happens if a candidate leaves soon after joining?
Permanent placements carry a replacement guarantee: if a placed candidate leaves within the agreed guarantee period, we find a replacement at no extra fee. The exact conditions are set out in our service agreement.
Discuss a permanent requirement
Share the role and a recruiter will get back to you to discuss the brief and next steps.
What helps us start quickly
